About the site
Mestanova.cz is run by Mestanova group, registered at Zlin, Czech Republic. It is a city guide: a map, places, offers and events. Browsing and accounts are free. By using the site you agree to these terms; how we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice.
Information about places
Information about places comes from open sources (OpenStreetMap, the Czech National Register of Healthcare Providers, Overture Maps) and from business owners. We keep it as current as we can, but cannot guarantee that it is complete and correct, especially opening hours, prices and offers. Check what matters with the business before you go. Please report a mistake through the Contact us form.
Your account
Give true details, keep your password to yourself, and have one account only. You can close your account at any time on the My account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example with fake ratings or spam.
Ratings
Rate only places you know, honestly, and each place once. We may remove ratings that plainly game the system.
Managing a business
Only the owner of a place, or someone entitled to act for the business, may ask to manage it. You are responsible for what you publish as a manager (texts, photos, offers, events, storefront items): it must be true and must not break the law or anyone else's rights, such as copyright in photos or trademarks. By publishing it you give us a free, non-exclusive permission to show it on the site for as long as it is published. We may remove content that breaks these terms and take the management of the place away.
Advertising
Paid messages on the site are marked as advertising.
A business's manager can book a campaign on their dashboard: a package, the days it runs and what it shows. We check every campaign before it runs. We do not approve, or we stop, a campaign that is untrue, breaks the law or other people's rights, or does not suit the site.
The price is the one the booking shows: whole weeks at the package's weekly price. We send an invoice after approval; it states when payment is due. A campaign that has not started can be cancelled on your dashboard and you owe nothing. We stop a running campaign on request.
You are responsible for your campaign's content: it must be true, and you must have the rights to the poster and the texts. The numbers we send you after a campaign (how many pages carried it, how many visitors saw the billboard in the 3D city, how many people opened your place from it) are our own counts: clicks and views in 3D count each person once a day, pages count pages, and we leave out search engines and our team. We do not guarantee any number of views or visits.
Liability
The site is provided as it is and may at times be unavailable. We are not liable for loss caused by inaccurate information about places, by content published by business managers, or by the content of sites we link to, unless we caused it intentionally or through gross negligence.

Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL; the footer lists the other sources and their licences. Photos carry their author and licence. Do not copy the site's design or texts without our permission.
Changes and disputes
We may change these terms; the version published on this page applies. They are governed by Czech law. As a consumer you may also settle a dispute out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz). Write to us at [email protected].
